Currently “Sun Flower” is using cashbook, ledger and petty cash system in maintaining accounts. The accountant is responsible for maintaining day to day accounts. A three member’s procurement committee is in place for purchasing related equipment and services as per financial manual of “ Sun Flower ”. “ Sun Flower” is keen to develop software based accounting system in near future.
