For any project and program, Sun Flower has developed Logical Framework, according to the logical frame work, monitoring plan would be developed to assess the planned activities are “on track” by conducting regular and periodical monitoring to the program/project work areas. Sun Flower-SF forms monitoring team consisting of the staff members and group members to ensure a participatory monitoring system for periodical qualitative and quantitative monitoring.
The operation plan is developed accordingly with the participation of all project staff at the very beginning of every year. There will be a staff coordination meeting every month among the project staff members where program project progress is reviewed and priorities for next month is set up according to program/project plan.
The program/project may be evaluated by an External Evaluation Team in the middle of a project period termed as Mid Term evaluation and at the end of project termed as final evolution.
